ABOUT RENTING
All charges are for time out, whether used or not, so make your selection carefully.

PRICING
Most prices are quoted for a one day charge, if you need to use rental items for a longer period, please call our office for long term rates. 828-274-2332

DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit on your rental items is needed for a reservation.
Orders can be made over the phone using Master, Visa or American Express credit card. Changes must be made 7 days prior to the event. No changes made day of pickup.

DELIVERY
Delivery is available for a fee. Special containers are provided for your China, Silver, Glassware, etc., to ensure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged and “table ready”. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place on delivery. All deliveries must be paid in full 7 days before the date of delivery. No changes made day of delivery.

PICK UP OR RETURNING ITEMS
All China, Silver, Utensils, etc., should be cleaned, food free and repackaged in the same containers as delivered. Linen should be free of debris and dried to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked ready for pick up and left under cover.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee from time of delivery to time of return. Please make sure all equipment is secure when not in use and protected from the weather. We do charge for missing or broken items.

CLEANING
All dishes, glassware, flatware, coffee pots, chafers etc., must be cleaned, before returning and before being picked up.
